CASS PHANORD

Founder

Cass is a black, radical, queer and trans, disabled autistic adult based in Philadelphia who works loosely within psychoanalytic, mindfulness, and DBT modalities. They hold a degree in psychology and a degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. While there, they fostered a rich knowledge of childhood and developmental psychology as it relates to ADHD and autism. Cass has lived experience with housing insecurity, food insecurity, and mental illness-- namely anxiety, PTSD, and other stigmatized disorders. They are passionate about building a quality peer support space.
